This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on this website, which is operated by WarmFlow Solutions Ltd. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.

It is a short document because this site sets very few cookies. There is no advertising network here, no third-party analytics profiling and no cross-site tracking.

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. On each later request the browser sends it back, which lets the site recognise the same visitor. Similar technologies — localStorage and sessionStorage — store data in your browser without sending it to the server at all. Both are covered by this policy.

Both are strictly necessary under regulation 6(4) of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), which means we are permitted to set them without consent. We still tell you about them, because you should know what is on your machine.

3. Optional cookies

At the time of writing, this site sets no optional cookies at all. The consent banner exists so that if we later add something optional — a privacy-respecting analytics tool, for example — the mechanism to decline it is already in place and your previous choice is already recorded.

If that changes, this table will be updated before the cookie is deployed, and anyone who previously declined will stay declined.

4. Third-party content

We deliberately avoid embedding third-party content that would set cookies on our behalf. In particular:

  • There is no embedded map on our contact page — the address links out to Google Maps instead, so nothing loads until you choose to click it.
  • There are no embedded videos, social media widgets or comment systems.
  • There are no advertising or remarketing pixels.

We do load web fonts from Google Fonts. Google states that the Fonts API does not set cookies, though your IP address is necessarily visible to Google's servers in order to deliver the font files, and is used by Google to serve them.

5. Changing your choice

You can reopen the consent banner at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.

You can also control cookies through your browser. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies for a specific site, and offers a private browsing mode that discards them at the end of the session. Blocking the wf_csrf cookie will prevent our contact and quote forms from submitting — you can still reach us by phone or email.

6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because we run no tracking or profiling, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. We honour them by default, by not collecting that data in the first place.

7. Changes to this policy

If we add, remove or change a cookie, this page is updated before the change goes live and the date at the top of the page changes with it.
