Why it matters
A catalog is not a photo album. Every product needs a title that matches what people search, a description that answers the question that stops the sale, an image that matches the others around it, and structured data so Google can read it. Most catalogs fail on at least three of those.
The problem
Inconsistent image sizes, titles like "IMG_4471", descriptions copied from a supplier, no categories, no variants, nothing that a shopping feed can parse.
The outcome
A catalog of up to 50 items that looks deliberate, filters properly, and feeds into Google and social storefronts where they support it.
Scope
What is actually in it.
Six pieces of work, all of them done before anything is called finished.
Structure first
Categories, subcategories, variants and attributes mapped before a single item is entered, so it still makes sense at 300 products.
Product data entry
Up to 50 products or services entered with titles, descriptions, pricing, SKUs, stock rules and availability.
Search-written copy
Titles in the format buyers search. Descriptions that cover size, material, fit, delivery — the details that otherwise become a support email.
Image preparation
Cropped to one consistent ratio, background-cleaned where needed, compressed for speed, named for search.
Channel sync
Feed set up to Google Merchant Center and Facebook/Instagram Shopping where your products qualify.
Two hours of training
Recorded, so whoever maintains the catalog next year can watch it too. Adding, editing, pricing, stock, seasonal changes.
You end up with
Things that exist and belong to you.
- Catalog of up to 50 live items
- Category and variant structure documented
- Prepared image set, yours to keep
- Product feed to Google and Meta where eligible
- Recorded two-hour training session
What we need from you
- Product list with prices — a spreadsheet is ideal
- Product images, or the products themselves to photograph
- Stock quantities, if you track them
- Delivery options and costs
We ask for all of it once, in a single message, rather than drip-feeding requests at you over two weeks. If something is missing we will tell you what it blocks.
